Induction grade rebar price moved higher in all major markets. Supply shortage led by lower production particularly in Western region and rising raw material cost pushed manufacturers to hike their rebar offers sharply. Though trade activities in the spot market remained moderate but active buying inquiries supported the price hike. Prices in the near term may continue to remain strong, sources told SteelMint.
