An eastern India-based private mill has confirmed an IF route billet export deal for a mini rake (around 1,500 t) to Nepal. The deal was reported at around $590/t exw (loaded on to rake), equivalent to $615/t CPT Nepal. Billet prices in the Indian market continue to remain volatile following subdued demand from domestic buyers as well as those from Nepal.
