Validity:
Bids submitted by the bidder shall be valid for the period of 30 days from the last date of price bid opening.
Eligibility criteria:
1)Bidders should have a valid license under Odisha Minerals (prevention of theft, smuggling and illegal mining and regulation of possession. Storage, trading and transportation).
2) Bidders must have GST registration number.
3) Bidders must have the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM) registration certificate under rule 45 of MCDR.
