Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) has announced a revision in its zinc and lead ingot prices with effect from 22 Aug’24. Zinc prices rose by INR 5,900/t ($70/t). Lead prices rose by INR 3,500/t ($42/t) compared to 19 Aug’24. Zinc ingots are now at INR 282,500/t ($3,367/t). Lead ingots are at INR 199,900/t ($2,382/t) ex-Jodhpur. LME zinc and lead were at $2,898/t and $2,087/t.
