Indian steel mills have reportedly reduced HRC (S275) export offers by $35-45/t compared with previous deals reported at $1,365/t CFR for Jun’22 shipment. Current offers are heard at around $1,320-1,330/t CFR for June shipment. “Entry of cheaper Chinese HRCs into the market weighs on offers from Indian mills,” a relaible source informed SteelMint.
