HR strip (patra) prices decreased by a sharp INR 700/t ($8/t) d-o-d in Raipur while prices in Mandi Gobindgarh moved down by INR 300/t ($4/t) today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 50,500/t ($610/t) exw-Raipur and INR 51,200/t ($619/t) exw-Mandi. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
