HR strip (patra) prices jumped INR 1,000/t ($13/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh, while prices dropped marginally by INR 100/t ($1/t) in Raipur today due to market volatilty. The current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices were assessed at INR 59,000/t ($762/t) exw-Mandi and INR 57,900/t ($745/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST.
