HR strip (patra) prices saw a sharp rise of INR 700/t ($9/t) d-o-d in Raipur while prices increased by INR 300/t ($4/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 52,200/t ($642/t) exw-Raipur and INR 51,600/t ($635/t) exw-Mandi, excluding 18% GST. Prices were stable w-o-w in Raipur while these dropped marginally by INR 200/t ($3/t) in Mandi.
