HR strip (patra) prices increased by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and edged up by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d in Raipur on 29 Nov’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 46,900/t ($574/t) exw-Mandi, and INR 45,200/t ($553/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
