HR strip (patra) prices rose INR 300/t ($4/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh, but fell INR 400/t ($5/t) in Raipur on 4 Jun’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 51,400/t ($662/t) exw-Mandi and INR 50,000/t ($644/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
