HR strip (patra) prices fell by INR 500 ($6/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and Raipur d-o-d today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 47,600/t ($585/t) exw-Mandi and INR 45,700/t ($561/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%. Prices rose by INR 1,400/t ($17/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh w-o-w. However, prices fell by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Raipur.
