HR strip (patra) prices fell by INR 600/t ($7/t) in Raipur and edged down by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh on 29 Dec’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 49,400/t ($596/t) exw-Raipur, and INR 50,400/t ($609/t) exw-Mandi. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
