HR strip (patra) prices fell by INR 200 ($2/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and marginally by INR 100 ($1/t) Raipur d-o-d today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 47,800/t ($593/t) exw-Mandi and INR 47,500/t ($590/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%. Prices fell by INR 1600/t ($20/t) w-o-w in Mandi Gobindgarh and by INR 1200/t ($15/t) in Raipur.
