HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 1,000/t ($13/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and by INR 500/t ($6/t) in Raipur on 25 Aug’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 51,600/t ($646/t) exw-Mandi and INR 51,500/t ($646/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
