HR strip (patra) prices increased by INR 700/t ($9/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh while prices remained flat in Raipur on 2 Aug’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 54,700/t ($695/t) exw-Mandi and INR 53,500/t ($680/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
