HR strip (patra) prices rose by INR 1,000/t ($13/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Raipur on 11 July. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices are assessed at INR 56,500/t ($711/t) exw-Mandi and INR 54,800/t ($690/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
