HR strip (patra) prices increased by INR 800/t ($10/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and by INR 600/t ($8/t) in Raipur on 12 Aug’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 53,400/t ($670/t) exw-Raipur and INR 54,800/t ($688/t) exw-Mandi, excluding GST at 18%.
