HR strip (patra) prices increased by INR 700/t ($9/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and edged up by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d in Raipur on 24 Sept’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 51,300/t ($631/t) exw-Mandi and INR 51,100/t ($629/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
On weekly basis, prices dropped by INR 200/t ($2/t) in Raipur and by INR 300/t ($4/t) in Mandi.
