HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Raipur and by INR 200/t ($3/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh on 23 July. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 52,300/t ($655/t) exw-Mandi and INR 50,800/t ($636/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
