HR strip (patra) prices edged up by INR 100/t ($1/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh but declined by the same quantum in Raipur on 3 Aug’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 53,400/t ($675/t) exw-Raipur and INR 54,800/t ($692/t) exw-Mandi, excluding GST at 18%.
