HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 500/t ($6/t) in Raipur and by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh on 20 July. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 51,700/t ($647/t) exw-Raipur and INR 53,800/t ($673/t) exw-Mandi, excluding GST at 18%.
