India: Hindustan Zinc trims zinc, lead prices by up to INR 6,100/t ($72/t)

Hindustan Zinc (HZL) has revised its zinc and lead ingot prices, effective 7 Nov’24. Zinc prices were reduced by INR 6,100/t ($72/t) and lead by INR 500/t ($6/t) compared to 4 Nov’24. Post-revision, prices of zinc ingots stood at INR 301,300/t ($3,571/t) and lead ingots at INR 200,500/t ($2,376/t) ex-Jodhpur. At the time of reporting, LME zinc and lead were at $3,035/t and $2,049/t, respectively.
