India: Hindustan Zinc trims zinc, lead prices by up to INR 3,200/t ($38/t)

Hindustan Zinc (HZL) has revised its zinc and lead ingot prices, effective 12 Sep’24. Zinc prices were reduced by INR 1,200/t ($14/t) and lead by INR 3,200/t ($38/t) compared to 9 Sep’24. Post-revision, prices of zinc ingots stood at INR 275,400/t ($3,281/t) and lead ingots at INR 194,400/t ($2,316/t) ex-Jodhpur. At the time of reporting, LME zinc and lead were at $2,847/t and $2,035/t, respectively.
