Hindustan Zinc Ltd (HZL) hiked special high-grade (SHG) zinc ingot prices by INR 10,500/t ($132/t) to INR 344,100/t ($4,332/t) exw-Jodhpur on 15 Aug’22 as against 11 Aug. Meanwhile, lead ingot offers were increased by INR 1,100/t ($14/t) to INR 206,500/t ($2,600/t) exw-Jodhpur. Market participants saw stock levels falling at the National Stock Exchange which could be the reason behind the price hike, SteelMint learned.
