On 6 Aug’25, Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GAIL (India) Ltd to collaborate in copper and critical mineral block auctions. The partnership will focus on developing and operating exploration and mining projects, as well as processing minerals. Both companies will share investments and risks across the value chain, including activities involving HCL’s existing assets, as per recent reports.
