India: Hindustan Copper Q1 net profit doubles to INR 113.40 crore

Hindustan Copper Ltd. (HCL) saw its net profit more than double in the first quarter of fiscal 2025, surging by 140% to INR 113 crore, compared to INR 47 crore in the same period last year. As a public sector unit under the administrative control of the Ministry of Mines, HCL is equipped with facilities for the production and marketing of copper concentrate, copper cathodes, and various byproducts.
