India’s primary aluminium producer has raised ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 3,750/t ($45/t) with effect from 23 Aug’24 compared to 21 Aug’24 levels. Hindalco’s prices are at INR 245,000/t ($2,920/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,492/t.
