Hindalco, an Indian primary aluminium producer, has increased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 3,500/t ($42/t) (compared to prices on 10 Aug’24) with effect from 15 Aug. Hindalco’s prices are at INR 229,500/t ($2,734/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,366/t.
