India: Hindalco, Balco trim aluminium ingots prices by up to INR 2,750/t ($34/t)

Hindalco and Balco have decreased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by up to INR 2,750/t ($34/t) today.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 226,500/t ($2,834/t) while Balco’s price stands at INR 227,000/t ($2,841/t) exw.
The closing price for LME three-month aluminium futures stood at $2,420/t on 21 July, down $10/t d-o-d while cash prices decreased by $30/t to $2,426/t.
