India’s primary producers have reduced aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 2,250/t ($27/t) today in comparison with 1 Aug’24. Balco’s prices are at INR 222,500/t ($2,657/t) and Hindalco’s prices are at INR 223,250/t ($2,666/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,294/t.
