India’s primary producers have increased aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 3,750/t ($45/t) today in comparison with 6 Aug’24. Balco’s prices are at INR 221,750/t ($2,642/t) and Hindalco’s prices are at INR 220,750/t ($2,630/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,285/t.
