India: Hindalco, Balco lower aluminium ingot prices up to INR 8,500/t ($110/t)

Hindalco and Balco have reduced primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by INR 8,500/t ($110/t) and INR 8,250/t ($107/t) respectively compared with 7 May’22.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 242,750/t ($3,143/t) exw, while Balco’s price stands at INR 245,250/t ($3,176/t) exw.
The three-month LME aluminum contract price was recorded at $2,817/t yesterday as against $2,842/t the previous trading day.
