India: Hindalco, Balco cuts aluminium ingots prices sharply by INR 9,250/t ($114/t)

Hindalco and Balco have decreased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by a sharp INR 9,250/t ($114/t) today as against prices on 19 Jan’23.
Post-revision, Balco’s prices stand at INR 241,000/t ($2,970/t) while Hindalco’s prices are at INR 237,500/t ($2,927/t) exw, excluding GST.
