India: Hindalco, Balco cut aluminium ingots prices by up to INR 2,750/t

Hindalco and Balco have decreased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by up to INR 2,750/t ($34/t) today.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 226,750/t ($2,843/t) while Balco’s price stands at INR 227,000/t ($2,846/t) exw.
The closing price for LME three-month aluminium futures stood at $2,408/t on 25 July, down $67/t d-o-d while cash prices decreased by $29/t to $2,431/t.
