India: Hindalco, Balco cut aluminium ingots prices by INR 11,500/t

Hindalco and Balco have decreased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices on 26 May’22 by INR 11,500/t ($148/t) compared to 24 May.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 253,500/t ($3,266/t) exw, while Balco’s effective price stands at INR 255,750/t ($3,295/t) exw.
The three-month LME aluminum contract price was recorded at $2,874/t on the last trading day as against $2,901/t the previous day.
