Hindalco and Balco, India’s primary aluminium producers, reduced aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 3,000/t ($35/t) today, compared to 16 May’25. Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices stood at INR 251,000/t ($2,934/t), down INR 3,000 ($35/t), and Balco’s at INR 251,750/t ($2,943/t), down by INR 2,750/t ($32/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME were at $2,452/t.
