Hindalco and Balco, India’s primary aluminium producers, reduced aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 2,000/t ($22/t) today compared to 5 Feb’25. Post-revision, prices stood at INR 271,000 /t ($3,094/t) for Hindalco and INR 271,500/t ($3,100/t) for Balco. All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME were at $2,629/t.
