- Heavy structural steel producers in Raipur increased prices by INR 500/t d-o-d on 6 July. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 56,500/t exw.
- Despite limited trade, suppliers raised offers following the hikes in steel billet prices in the key markets of north and central India seen in past few days.
- Currently trade discounts are hovering at around INR 1,500-2,000/t.
