Heavy structure steel prices decreased by INR 500/t d-o-d in Raipur. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 55,000/t exw. Weakening demand at higher prices and sharp fluctuations in steel billet prices from past few days have impacted sales in the spot market, resulting in manufacturers lowering their offers. However, trade discounts were hovering at around INR 1,200-1,500/t.
