Heavy structure steel prices fell by INR 500/t d-o-d in Raipur. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 54,500/t exw. Weak demand and sharp fluctuations in steel billet prices in the key markets since past few days have impacted sales in the spot market, forcing manufacturers to reduce their offers. Trade discounts are hovering at INR 1,500/t.
