Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur remained stable for the second consecutive day today. Price for basic size 150mm channel stands at INR 55,000/t. Despite a decline in semi-finished steel prices, manufacturers kept prices firm in hopes of better transactions. Meanwhile, trades in the spot market were weak. Suppliers were also offering tradable discounts ranging INR 1,000-1,200/t, sources told SteelMint.
