Heavy structural steel prices further fell by INR 200/t d-o-d in Raipur. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 56,000/t exw. Owing to selling pressure in the spot market as buyers were in wait-and-watch mode which impacted trade activities, pushing manufacturers to decline offers. However, trade discounts remained high hovering at around INR 1,800-2,000/t.
