–Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur (central India) decreased by INR 500/t to INR 56,000/t exw d-o-d for basic size i.e 150mm channel. Trade discounts in the spot market are hovering upto INR 1,500/t.
–Due to sluggish demand market participants adopted a wait-and-watch approach. The downtrend in billet prices in key markets pushed suppliers to reduce prices of structural steel.
