Hariom Pipes, one of the largest pipe manufacturers in Hyderabad, has started Strip manufacturing through Billet hot charging. Around 15-20% of Strips will be available for sell to other manufacturers.
Hyderabad based Hariom Pipes, who produces 12,000 MT pa of Pipes through Coil and 26,000 MT pa through Strips is now starting Strip manufacturing by Billet hot charging to provide superior quality pipes to its customers. Around 80% of Strips are for self consumption and rest will be sold in open market.
Plant is expecting to save 300,000 unit of power, 4,000 MT Coal and 29,000 MT of Co2 in a year.
Today, Hariom Pipes is offering Coil Pipe at INR 40,500/MT and Strip Pipe at INR 41,000/MT. Strips are being offered at INR 39,000/MT. However, HR Coil offer in Hyderabad is at around INR 37,500/MT. All offers are basic, taxes extra and payment within 7 days strictly.
Mandi Gobindgarh Pipe prices have corrected by INR 300-400/MT and offered at INR 36,600/MT. Slowdown in buying is the main reason for price reduction. However, offers in Raipur remain unchanged, as it was already fell by INR 200/MT yesterday and offered at about INR 39,000/MT.
