Haldia Energy Limited (HEL) has floated a tender for the purchase of 63,000 t of biomass pellets (non-torrefied) on FOR-plant delivered basis. The last date for bid submission is 12 Sept’22. The acceptable GCV range is 3200-4500 kcal/kg and pellet diameter should be within 25 mm.
