GVPR Engineers Limited emerged as the highest bidder for the Koira iron ore block auction offering a premium of 92.75%. The block, spread around 90.143 Ha, is located in Odisha’s Sundargarh district, and has geological resources of 48.028 mnt. The mine has deposits of average-grade Fe 62.83%.
