Chhattisgarh-based Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd (GPIL) has concluded an export booking for one rake (2,600 t) of wire rod (SAE 1008 grade) to Nepal at $540/t, loaded onto rake basis. Amid rising export offers of induction grade billets and wire rods due to tight allocations by primary steel mills, SteelMint has reported that export offers by producers in Raipur have moved up $30 w-o-w.
