A public hearing has been scheduled on 13 Nov’25 for GPIL’s proposed expansion of the Ari Dongri Iron Ore Mines in Kachche Village, Uttar Bastar, Kanker, Chhattisgarh. Godawari plans to increase mining capacity from 2.35 mntpa to 6 mntpa and enlarge the lease area from 138.96 Ha to 213.01 Ha, pending environmental clearance.
