Central India-based steelmaker Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) has lowered pellet offers today for the domestic market, sources informed SteelMint. Current offers have fallen by INR 700/t (around $9) to INR 13,300/t exw as against INR 14,000/t exw seen last week. Decline in sponge iron prices and lowering of bids have resulted in the fall in pellet offers.
