India: Five PSUs to set up manufacturing units for coal gasification

Five public sector undertakings namely Coal India Ltd, BHEL, GAIL, Indian Oil Corporation and Neyveli Lignite Corporation will set up five manufacturing units for coal gasification, as per reports. This is in line with the government’s target of attaining 100 mnt of coal gasification capacity by 2030.
